Delivery
- We deliver across Australia and Internationally.
- Within Australia for Sydney Metro Region, we deliver within 2 business days on
- orders placed before 3 pm.
- For all other parts of Australia, we provide delivery within 2 to 7 business days depending upon the destination city’s present government policy.
- For New Zealand and Fiji, we deliver within 6 to 8 business days, and All other Parts of the world we deliver within 10 to 14 business days, depending upon the destination country’s present government policy.
- With all deliveries tracking details are provided via email to the customers.
Refund & Exchange
Exchange or Refund of goods will NOT be accepted after one month from the date of purchase or product received by the customer.
Customers are required to fill out the exchange or refund form for all exchange or refund requests. After confirmation by ARTS IS NATURAL, customers are required to send the items
back to ARTS IS NATURAL store or product release address. Customers are required to pay return delivery charges only for Exchange purposes. After items are received by ARTS IS NATURAL, an exchange is dispatched within 3 business days, and refunds are confirmed and refunded within 5 business days.
